 Twin Rivers Physical Therapy offers physical therapy for all types of rehabilitation. Based on the physician’s diagnosis, referral, and patient’s goals, a comprehensive evaluation is performed and an individual treatment plan is established.

Therapeutic activities will be done that are specific to each individual patient’s needs. These may include recreational and sports activities, work related activities, or hobbies. Special attention is placed on education of patients, family members, and care givers about the patient’s diagnosis, individualized needs, expected outcomes, and home programs.

Twin Rivers Physical Therapy has a unique functional rehab clinic designed to look and feel like an apartment or home. The functional rehab clinic includes bed room area with a twin bed, dresser and closet; living room area with a recliner and over stuffed love seat; non handicap accessible bathroom with tub bench for transfers and a fully functional kitchen area. This area is utilized to promote the client’s independent and safe function at home.
